Welcome to Sundance

One of Hillsboro Counties finest neighborhoods since 1974

Sundance is a rural community and Home Owners Association located about 25 miles southeast of Tampa near the Hillsborough-Manatee county line.  We cater to horse lovers or anyone that likes the idea of owning a piece of paradise. We have over 320 homes on 410 lots of 1 to 6 acres, each zoned 2 horses/per acre. There is also a 40-stall barn, a park and a marina on the Little Manatee River.  The Sundance Marina, which is available to Sundance members, has access to the Tampa Bay and the Gulf of Mexico.

Our neighborhood features well-built, well-maintained distinctive homes on tree-lined streets, a park which is available for daily use or community get-togethers, a marina with a boat launch & picnic area, and a community stable. We strive to make our neighborhood a great place to live through beautification efforts, planning neighborhood activities and neighbors helping neighbors. Our residents are friendly and bring community spirit, country charm and southern hospitality which continues to attract new residents who are looking for a special place to live.

Sundance is situated adjacent to the Little Manatee River State Park where you can camp, walk trails, canoe and ride horses.

Even though we're a rural community, we're within 6 miles of shopping and just a couple of miles more to get to a hospital, the post office, good restaurants, Interstate I-75 and a lot more shopping.
